Together We Learn, Together We Achieve

We have approached the end of a very busy half term. It was a very exciting and eventful one and children enjoyed learning about the rainforest. Inspired by H. Rousseau’s ‘Tiger in a Tropical Storm,” they have completed their collages.

In Literacy this week, pupils planned their oral presentations about different stages of deforestation. In groups they made the collages to show what each stage of deforestation looked like. Then they wrote speech bubbles to explain what was happening in each picture. Finally, pupils presented their work to other classes.

In Maths, children have been working on multiplication and solving word problems.

We would like to thank all Parents/Carers for helping their children with their Rainforest projects. They are impressive!

Enjoy your half term break but remember to keep safe.
