This week we had our trip to HMS Belfast. We all had a great day out exploring the ship and learning lots of information- even if we were a little scared of the very lifelike waxwork sailors. The children were extremely well-behaved and an asset to you as parents/carers. We were very proud of the way the children conducted themselves, giving up their seats on the tube for people who were older than them or had lots of luggage.
The year 6 team would like to say a huge well done to the children for all their wonderful World War II projects they have been bringing in. We have seen such a fantastic range of artefacts and work. It is clear we have some really creative students. Thank you also for your support with the projects.
We wish you all a lovely half term and we look forward to seeing the children back at school after the break.
