What a fun filled week we have had in Year 4 this week! It was lovely seeing all the children after their long weekend, and hearing all of the interesting things they had got up to!
In Maths, the children have been practising their reasoning questions. Each group have been working as hard as possible on their understanding of word problems and we have been impressed with the resilience of the children when taking on such challenging questions.
In Literacy, we have continued to read our book 'The Iron Man'. The children have made good predictions about what they think will happen next and how the story will end.
On Thursday, we had an amazing time celebrating our 'Anglo-Saxon day'. It was brilliant to see the children in their costumes and we would like to thank everyone for the time spent on some of their designs. The children had a lot of fun throughout the day, taking part in various workshops and got the chance to play some authentic Anglo-Saxon games.
We hope everyone has a fantastic weekend.
