We have celebrated World Book Day this week. All the children’s costumes were absolutely amazing. It wasn’t an easy task to recognize most of our pupils, who looked exactly like Harry Potter, Horrid Henry or Little Red Riding Hood.

In English, we have continued writing a new event in the story of Alice in Wonderland. Children also described Alice’s feelings after she had arrived in the magical Wonderland.

In Maths, we carried on the topic of measurements. Pupils have solved  problems related to measuring using m, cm and mm. They have also ordered different lengths deciding which lengths were the shortest or longest.

In Science, children have identified and compared the parts of flowers and described their functions. They have labelled the parts of a flower and compared different flowers.
