Many of our children have had a very busy week. Our Christmas Concerts have been an absolute pleasure to watch and all the children deserve an enormous amount of credit. Thank you to everyone who supported our Christmas Fete on Thursday after school, also thank you to all our parents/carers for their understanding and patience waiting for their children to see Father Christmas. It is great to see so many children in their Christmas jumpers today and we are very grateful for all the donations that we be going towards our Children in Need fund.
Next Tuesday will be a non uniform day as we will be holding our Christmas parties. Also Thursday morning will be a non uniform half day. We are requesting a small donation for our non uniform day on Thursday with all the money collected going towards the school purchasing a new school defibrillator. Please remember school finishes at 12.30 pm next Thursday.
We hope you have a great weekend and we would like to thank everyone for their continued support.
We are delighted to inform all parents/carers that our new Grafton Primary School app is now available to download. Please download the new app by following the instructions below

Whole school attendance this week is 93.03% Remember that you have to come to school every day to achieve 100% attendance. Grafton Primary School has adopted Local Authority procedures and DONOT authorise holidays during term time. Parents will be issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice Fine of £60 per parent per child for all holidays taken during the term. If you need to discuss this, please contact Mrs Chappell for clarification
We have successfully sought judgements (CCJs) against those parents that owe substantial amounts to the school, for unpaid school meals. This means that the school will no longer be carrying those debts, and will be able to use those funds appropriately.
Also, thank you to those of you that manage your child's account and keep your child's account in credit.
